CODE OF DISCIPLINE & CONDUCT

(To be signed by all trainees / users)

1. Punctuality and Attendance

• All trainees must report at least 15 minutes before scheduled practice.
• Late entry may be denied at the discretion of the coach.
• Regular attendance is compulsory. Prolonged absence without intimation may lead to suspension.

2. Dress Code

• Proper cricket training attire (whites/academy uniform, sports shoes) is mandatory.
• Protective gear must be worn where required.
• Trainees must maintain personal hygiene and neatness.

3. Discipline and Conduct

• Trainees must maintain strict discipline within the academy premises.
• Use of abusive language, unruly behaviour, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
• Respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow trainees is non-negotiable.

4. Obedience to Coaches

• Instructions of coaches must be followed without argument or delay.
• Disrupting training sessions will invite disciplinary action.
• Decisions of the coaching staff shall be final.

5. Use of Facilities and Equipment

• Academy equipment must be used carefully and responsibly.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Cost of damage due to negligence will be recovered from the trainee.

6. Safety Guidelines

• Trainees must follow all safety protocols during training.
• Any injury or discomfort must be reported immediately.
• Unauthorized practice or risky behaviour is strictly prohibited.

7. Mobile Phones and Gadgets

• Mobile phones must be kept switched off or on silent mode during practice.
• Use of gadgets during training sessions is not allowed.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any form of substance use is strictly banned.
• No outsider is allowed inside the academy without permission.
• Bullying, ragging, or harassment of any kind will lead to immediate expulsion.

9. Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of nets, indoor area, dressing rooms, and surroundings.
• Littering is strictly prohibited.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in training zones.

10. Disciplinary Action

Violation of rules may result in:

• Verbal/Written Warning
• Suspension from training
• Termination of membership (in serious or repeated cases)

11. Responsibility of Parents/Guardians (for minors)

• Ensure timely drop and pick-up of trainees.
• Inform the academy of any medical condition.
• Support and reinforce academy discipline.
